Does anyone have any expereince of living in the Al Maha tower in West Bay?

I have been shown a flat in the tower and want to know what it is like to reside there, as the agents are not very professional in dealing with me?
Can you recommend a letting agent for this tower?
Or maybe suggest a better tower in the area?

Good points: Size, kitchen, water pressure - good showers, views, swimming pool

Bad points: awful internet, no phones, cleanliness - windows don't get cleaned, carpets - fall to pieces
