If you are interested in herbs, look in the veg section of supermarkets. Be very selective, make sure they are hydrated and are healthy - transfer them to larger pots (with more soil and good drainage) - they not only look good, they taste good and keep on growing.
you can buy it far less with your said price...
usually nurseries sale a medium sized indoor plant 70-80 Riyals :P
