Discarded Items to be dumped in industrial area

hi...i just renovated my house
n was quite satisfied by the outlook..
until, iwas told by the workers..the hardware (broken tiles,sanitory fitings,old a/c's and similar stuff cannot be thrown in outside, rather it shud be dumped in the industrial area.
firstly, has anyone here ever done this? and where do i find such pickup drivers and where do i dump it all of this ?
ok go to the Najma Area there are plenty of Truck plus drivers available that can take care of your debris.
