lol, they are actually making cold calls and try to get a review from people on the phone.....Seriously, who is going to say what they really think?

I am here for four years and really very seldom to deal with any Qtel CSR when I visit a Qtel office. Because I find the old CSR's very unaccomodating or perceived to be unaccomodating. But when they hired Filipinos in their new space in Landmark, I find them helpful and cheerful.
And if you look at the adjacent Vodafone space, a lot of Filipino employees are there and always on smile.
