change of driving licence

Hi all,
Good day!!
I'm new to Qatar. I'm having Saudi driving licence. Is it possible to change here? But I'm not having driving visa. please advice me guys!!

You need QATAR RESIDENT PERMIT first to go for driving license. Then as per new rules, only engineers, doctors, managers and some professionals are eligible for getting driving license. GCC license including Saudi Driving license can be converted across the counter to Qatar Driving license provided you satisfy the first two conditions.

still i didn't stamp the visa. at the moment I'm on visit visa transferable.
