I had an accident last time (not my fault)
It broke my side mirror and some scratches and dent in the door.
First I thought it is okay since his Insurance will shoulder all the repair cost. But they said they will only shoulder 50% for the spare part (side mirror) since my car is old.
Its not my mistake but do I need to pay for the other half?

My car model is nissan altima 2007 2.5

being guilty is better than being a victim

omg!!! They should change the policy; it should be the one who is at fault and not the victim who should pay for the damages.

i think you will have to pay up if you insist going to the car manufacturer for the repair.
