Car Insurance Claim

Good Day to all!!!
I just want to ask question regarding the insurance coverage in Qatar Insurance Company... I had an accident last 12 of Feb. (nissan car)and admit its my fault...when I went to the insurance for the claim..they said I have to pay 1000 QR a policy that for owners fault
he has to pay 1000 QR in Nissan Service Center?....Is this correct even my insurance says that own damage is covered by the insurance?
Look, The comprehensive insurance is a coverage of everything, but there are many silent and hidden part back of their articles are left unattended by very many people to carefully go through it. As part of their strategies, they do write it in microscopic language that you may take it to a enlargement lab to findout what is all that they have written is another havoc with this compulsory impose on your neck. When you have officialy gone and discussed with the authorities, and say 1000/- for what you are not even known before or you been taught about it, not making any difference that it is the policy and procedure and practice whatever hell of statements are designed by them, imposed by them, and you will become only victim with no alternative solution once it happents. This is what is insurance people. I however believe that the concerned police who took the case to finalise the matters have a sort of influence to convince or waive or do something related to the problem if take some extream interests to do. Otherwise to say these are all nowadays a foregin experience exploitin the ignorance of commons by force.

That was different thing to me, I had same accident and cost 10,000QR for the repair but I never pay any single amount, only the car rental i needed to do. Just gave them the dealer's quotation amount for the damage and repair, and photos of the damaged portion. My insurance is Qatar General Insurance.
