Car insurace and accident??

My cars insurance was over and due to my bad luck I made an accident last week at 07:30am and my car insurance time starts at 09:00am on that day which means i didnt have insurance at the time the accident happened. Could anyone tell me what is the procedure as it was my mistake and traffic police have already issued the papers. Will it cause any problems at the insurance point???

Oh dear, Now you are too late. Insurance Co. will not agree with you bcoz you renewed it after the accident. So, in this case you have to pay for the damages to other car from your pocket.
