hi,
i just want to ask if a person can travel if he still have unpaid amount on his credit card? Can still the company cancell his RP?does he have travel ban if he is terminated and his company wants to send him home?
hi to all,
year 2015 I did my annual leaved and go back to my country, but unfortunately my company did not allow me to go back due to the project completion. On that time I have unpaid credit card in commercial bank approximately 4K, now planning to apply Permanent Visa in Canada but one of the requirements are police clearance from Qatar, is there any chances that I have record in police? for unpaid credit card and no final exit?
Hoping for your answer.
Yes you can travel, unless bank already issued summon then no to travel.
Company can terminate employee, but can't cancel RP if employee have outstanding amount. RP will only be cancel after "they" run a background check on the resident. (i.e no outstanding loans, traffic summons, unpaid kahramaa and Qtel bills, etc).
If there is outstanding amount, then the employee have to settle the amount, or employee can request NOC from current company to find another job, in order to pay back due amount.
Only after the due amount is settle, will the RP be cancel.
Don’t ask me about, “what if employee can’t pay, or can’t find a job?”…
Answer: There will be an induction course set to familiarize new employee into a new accommodation somewhere in the industrial area. Free food and shelter will be provided during the tenure.
from my experience the bank deducted all my credit card dues when i resigned. the company deposited my last payment (ESB) to my account and the bank deducted it automatically.
