can someone clear my doubt

i just managed to avoid jumping the red signal...i mean i was in the yellow box when the lights turned red...nevertheless i checked on moi.gov.qa by clicking on the traffic violation option - thank god...there is none!
What i want to know is, how soon is the traffic violation recorded on this site? Does it appear the same moment the violation took place..or...it takes time.
Is it safe to cross the signal when its yellow? cos at times....u r in a dilemma whether to brake hard or just keep going..it all depends on the traffic ahead and behind u...any tips will be appreciated.
Happy Driving
just don't stop when it's green and just started flashing, if there's a big black GMC behing you he may just run you over. Can't tell how many peeps I see slam on their brakes for no reason.
The sensor will activate when the Red light is ON. In your case, you are safe. Next time prepare QAR 6K-10K, hahah.
The violation will reflect in MOI system within 24 hours. It will not take 3 -4 days because as per my experience recently, somebody (police officer) put a yellow sticker in my car window while it was parked in the parking area along airport road and when I check the MOI website early in the morning today, my violation has reflected there at around 8:04 a.m., dated 22 February 2011 of same day when the sticker has been put in the car.
2-3 days before the violation will register...it is better to immitate what they have in thailand. the traffic light has a countdown before it turns red. so you are not guessing on what to do when approaching the intersection.
It will take 4-5 woring day's for updating.don't worry.
you still on safer side if u have crossed those sensor line in front of zebra crossing..better to slow down next time buddy!!!
It will take about 3-4 days for the violation to appear on the website. I dont think there is a technology for now where in the radar can update the website as soon as it records an event.
And Yes, it is always suggested you stop at the yellow light to be on the safer side. You can move while the green lights are blinking. Its always best to slow your speed down a bit if you are approaching the signal.
