Can pets come?

I have several animals but I think I will only be bringing 2. 1 cat and a 30 lbs dog. Is this allowed? Do they have quarentine? Do people rent to renters with animals? Just wondering.

There are many people moving to Qatar with their dogs and they are all managing to rent accommodation without any difficulties! Obviously it will be hard to find a villa or room with shared accommodation.
Send me a PM if you have any problems, I have a real estate contact that will be able to advise you on villa's/compounds etc...that allow dogs.
it's easier with cats than with dogs because dogs are considered 'najis' which means they are dirty because they don't clean themselves naturally. So if the landlord is religious, he might say no.
