I have an old vehicle that I am rebuilding, but the glass is pitted a bit due to many years of driving. Is it possible to have these pits polished away? and who can do this?
Thx
You can try "00" steel wool or green scotch brite pads with automotive rubbing compound. wet the steel wool or green pad with water, apply the rubbing compound to the pad, rub the glass lightly with the pad or steel wool. Too much presure on the glass can cause hazing or scraches. You may want to goto junk yard and practice beforw you do your own car.

Yes it can. It's a long tedious job and in Disposable Doha I doubt there is anyone who does it.
I seem to recall it involves Talc - maybe as a paste. Try it first in an unobtrusive corner!
