BEWARE OF POOR SERVICE FROM DISH FITTING

That's the http://www.qatarliving.com/node/add/restaurantslink to an ad on Qatar Living for so called dish fitting service. We called the number provided to improve the signal received on our dish, and the people turned up promising that they would boost the current signal of 40% to 80%, did not achieve anything, and said they would come back the next day. When they did come back, they spent another two hours fiddling with our dish, then said the work was done, and we should pay them. The dish still was not receiving a signal, so we asked them to come back on Friday morning. Of course we would pay them if it worked and if it didn't obviously there would be nothing to pay for.
These guys just kept demanding money and when we stuck to our point, saying we will pay you if you show us you have actually made some improvement, they went and fiddled with our dish and made it stop working.
We strongly suggest you DO NOT engage these persons who seems to be scammers - for want of a better work.
Has anyone else had this bad experience?
In this summer signals are not good for Indian TV channels. You won't get good signals even though you spend money espeically in this summer. It is expected that in September, we might get good singals. Once the dish is fixed, in proper allignment that is finished and no need to change the direction. But first time itself, you should select good technician otherwise you will be under problem.
