Hi Everybody,

we are the new germans in town (wife and daughter 3y). We have to decide between Beverly Hills Garden 3 and Al Fardan 3 ASAP. I am working in Messaid and daughter would visit german kindergarten.

What do you think? Which compound is better for us?

We would appriciate if you could give us some hint...

Hey Thank you all for your quick respond,

I have decided to rent the villa in Al Fardan 3. BH3 used to be a good compound but now it is a wreck, maintenance left the building for a longtime ago...

Hope my wifes doesn't kill me for that:-0

Yes,

other places closer to work would be much preferable. But if you only have those 2 to choose from, Al Fardan Properties have a much better reputation than Beverly Hills properties.

Try the Le mirage gardens.. it seems to be near to airport and close to maiseed.

Personally I would not choose either as the drive to Messaid will take you forever! I'd try and look somewhere off airport road.
