It is my first month living in Doha as of today,
after confirmation I will be buying a vehicle probably
an SUV, my budget is on the 80k - 100k mark, any suggestions?

Buy a 10 year old Nissan Patrol. That way when someone hits you it won't cost much to repair and you'll do a lot of damage to their car.
