Babies and moms *
By MariaLisboa •
Hello everyone,
I possible be moving to Qatar and i have a few questions, especially for the ladies :)
I Have a 6month baby, and I would like to know if there's nurseries available for him at this early age, and if they´re international and trust worthy.
About me, does anyone here is or know someone who´s a flight attendant in Qatar airways, with babies?
Is there some kind of benefit for those mums?
And finally, about getting a house, is it too hard? Where is the best Quality/price places to look for? apartment or compound? are the prices too high?
Thank you very much in advance!
As I often have to work till 5pm, closing at 2.30pm is neither use nor ornament to me. They often will stretch to another hour after 2.30pm but that is it (I pretty much contacted all reputable nurseries before finally getting my son into PP after waiting for about 8 months)
as I've heard!
and what do they say when ........
Flor, for once I agree with you, nurseries do run at those times and are not condusive to working parents, I know of only one nursery that opens later, that is petit pas but they have a long waiting list
usually 6:30 to 2:30 pm. You add for extra hour.
Hi!
I'll go with my husband, he'll be working as well, and we should have some benefits.
So nurseries are ok? noproblems leaving my son there?
a lot of nurseries: monthly fees ranging from 1500 till over 3500QR (400$-1000$) per month.
fully furnished appartements also are available from 3500QR (1000$) for a single bedroom/small apartement to 35000QR for a fancy villa.
are u coming wiith ur hubby or u alone???
renting in qatar is too high if u choose to rent a villa is about 10-14K permonth for apartment maybe around 8K...i guess...In qatar a lot of nursery it dont matter they will taking care of ur baby ..
