Are there rental apartments that operate on a one year lease in doha?
we currently rent a place where the landlord has been expanding the estate right outside our garden and it has disturbed us( and all residents ) every night and day for months especially our 6 month old baby.

so we want to hand in 3 months notice and move somewhere else in west doha. But we also don't want a lease longer than a year because we may eventually be relocating to new country.

not sure, but I thought most leases in Doha for Apparments were for 1 year.
