Any suggestions on "good value" apt rental?

Hi Guys

I am a senior staff at a large oil and gas company and I am looking for a fully furnished 1 bdr apartment I would consider 2bdr too. These are my requirements;

- Furnished in European style - preferably new furniture
- Decent size rooms and a reasonable view
- Clean apartment - not too dusty or smelly
- In a good neighborhood close to grocery shop and laundry

Basically the place has to be decent.. no tiny roads.. congestion, etc etc. i have been shown a couple of places but they were terrible..

I feel that agents don't really understand my requirements. And believe me I am not even that picky... i just want something that resembles apartment quality in the west. They always ask me what my budget and the reality is that my budget depends on what they show and where it is located. It is not that I can't afford it.. but i want good value... and for a good apartment i am willing to pay little extra but not pathetically inflated rates.

The west bay seem to have gone mad.. they just increased their rates by 2 k everywhere... I dont like Perl... so i want a normal apartment in a normal place decently done up.

I hope i am making sense and you can advice me on this.. tired of spending time viewing useless places.

I was thinking may be Regency Residencies... and even though they are advertized everwhere I can't find the agent who has a vacant one. Any help ? Anyone lives in a decent building with vacant apartments?
