Any reviews please..!!
Dear all,
We will be moving to Doha around Oct this year. We are looking for accomodation, the allowance we get from work is QR 12.000 (we can stretch up to QR15.000) so we are hoping with this money we can get a villa in a nice child friendly compound.
Someone has mentioned Al Ain Compound - Ain Khalid Street.
I would be really grateful if you could give me your reviews about this copmound!!!
Many thanks

Is an excellent compound with good sized villas and great outdoor spaces. The communal facilities were also recently completed, such as clubhouse and pool area, so a great place to bring up your family.
Enjoy

No probs..... put your question in GulfTimes and wait for your answer. Do let us know also .....
I am due to move to Doha later in August. My employer has reserved a villa in Al Ain Gardens for us. I would be interested in any updated information on this compund if possible please. Moving there with my wife and dog, no kids. Regards Al
I'm also considering Al Ain Gardens, any info from people currently living there would be appreciated
But you must admit most of the comments were not exactly helpful or in answer to what was a very simple question.
Kind regards
Craig at Mirage
rest assured Disa did get relevant information about the Al Ain Compound in Ain Khalid, I live on this compound and PM'd her with a bunch of details.
Your introductory comment......
'Hi, My names Craig, the MD of Mirage Properties and i'm sorry you're having such difficulty getting a straight answer to a simple question, apart from Baldrick2dogs not much sense being spoken here'.
was a little uncalled for given QL's do make an effort to help with the enquiries of others.
Hi, My names Craig, the MD of Mirage Properties and i'm sorry you're having such difficulty getting a straight answer to a simple question, apart from Baldrick2dogs not much sense being spoken here.
To introduce myself, we are an independent real estate agent leasing both our own and other landlords properties. We regularly deal with the company owning and managing the Al Ain compounds, which there are a number of, many small compounds called Al Ain 1,2 ,3 etc and Al Ain Gardens which is their most recent and largest compound development.
On a professional level, Al Ain Gardens is a compound of 70 nicely finished 3 & 4 bed villas in a well thought out and family friendly environment. Although the compound has been occupied for over a year the communal facilities have only just been completed and opened up to the residents. I was there yesterday, on a viewing with some potential tenants and the facilities are excellent. Price wise, they do presently have one 3 bed villa with maids room available at QR15,000 and others at QR16,000+ as they have various villa types and different pricing levels.
On a personal level, I have friends living in the compound, who've been there over a year and really like their home and the compound in general, especially now the facilities are open.
One thing to consider is the location in relation to schools and work, It is located in Ain Khalid close to the industrial area and near to Salwa Rd, which is undergoing a major upgrade with some serious roadworks, so you need to really think it through re journey times as traffic here is horrendous at the best of times.
If you want some further info send me a personal message with your email and i'll forward some details and images of the compound on to you along with a google map location, if you let me know school and work location I can pin point them on the map for you also.
I hope that helps but please feel free to comeback with any further questions......and by the way, we don't charge a fee unlike Mathew earlier.
Kind regards
Craig at Mirage
Sorry - can't help you there. I don't even know where it is :-((edited)Sorry to be no help really - but good luck. xx
depends on how many bed rooms in the villa.give you idea 3 bedrooms and below your 12,000 is enough.there are quiet better places than ain kalid.gud luck.
Noted your add in qatar living .We can give you better options and also give you the exact details of the place what you are refering here .We can guide you better places but need to pay us half month service charges - hope this is not a problem to you Look forward to your reply My Contacts : Mathew - [email protected] No: 55392304 / 77964424
OK, yes. It is child friendly. My colleague has twins! He also says that the villas are going for 17k right now.
I have sent you a message with some information - its too long to post here, let me know if you have any questions :)
If it's the place my collegue is in it's quite nice. Will ask him next time I see him
Ok, let me phrase the question in another way.... Anybody knows anything or have any review about Al Ain compound please?
a big time i guess to have 12k accomodation. I think you should also consider the school, if it is near or not.
rebeccastamos, thanks for replying.
I don't mind saying what kind of job I am going to do.. but I have a question first:
What difference would that make!!!??
Cheers
