i really heard for the drop down of house rents after about one year, i know such rumors are since three years ago and nothing happened, but this time is something else, i need your news.
Since barwa is going to allot new flats at a cheaper rates, there is a chance that the rent might come down, but definetly not like the one that prevailed before the Asian Games.
i am currently on the search for accomodation for my family. i think there is no chance that the rents will go down any soon. those bloodsucking real eastate agents and greedy landlords are the main culprits. it doesn't make any economic sense at all.
presumbaly the landlords used borrowed money to construct the houses, with the rental that they are charging they can finished paying the banks within 3 years!! you can't get it anywhere in the world (save for GCC) unless you are like Donald Trump. Fantastic investment for them at the expense of we poor people!!
hummmmm. i hope so ..... its's big matter now . what we can do ? traffic also big matter . gov has to know these big matters and i have a doubt thay are trying to solve these prob for public ????????????????
look the houses rents rose up before the 2006 asian games and now they rose up again for 2016 but as qatar is not more any candidate of olympic games so it is heard that they will drop down soon... or they can rise up more as the Qatari Government is quite angry and disappointed :( lolzzzz..... well it depends on them
yes if hamad will use d asiad village and other big co's like qa, qp etc find der own buildings. now dey r encouraging realestate agents... i dont know y? may b .......

I guess house rent pricing would depend upon the law of supply and demand!
No hopes !
One thing I noticed, big sharks of real estate have multi-full page advertisements in Newspapers for the apartments they hold.
If a half of this is made available to the middle income group, i guess most of housing issues in Qatar would be solved.
yap it will drop down; nah
just in ur dreams maybe
Abdulrehmansajid is 100% right...
still no chance

No chance to come down,,because many of the companies are coming to Qatar open the branches because it is booming.
My company had several Villa's contract renew and they all went up in price the maximum allowed.
I do not believe with $150 Oil that rents will be going down any time soon.
Good luck!
Sorry Buddy,
No such thing,
The best one can expect ( Dream of ) is
Rents staying as they are now...
Sorry to put your hopes down,
With the building boom going on, it would take a long time for any effect to reach the rental market. Supply will have to first surpass demand.
There is no reason for the Rents to Drop so you have to dream on.
yeah this roumer with some thing really else .. hehe
