has anyone stayed at the Hyatt residences - I heard it is quite and nice.

Have you or your friends stayed there. is there a lot of noise from the construction in the area or from the road?

My friends are living there - its lovely, quiet and you all the access to the hotel facilities and the beach is great.

The only downside is you do need a car to go off and get your groceries - no shops in walking distance.
