sorry, I made a mistake in answer

I think this is same Al Samirya Garden, you are talking about.

If this is same place, please let me know.

Many western people live there and it is very difficult place to get in. I am not a real estate broker. I was happily living there until my wife has to leave the country for pregnancy. Therefore, I don't need this place anymore. If you are interest, please call me if you want to see the place on Friday 583-7293

I need some person to take over my lease.

This is a very nice compound called Al Samirya Garden.

If you are thinking of moving, plesae take over my lease if you.

It is located close to Villagio and Ramada Junction. Front of this compound, DOHA college is located. Most people live in this compound are either western expatriates and Japanese expatriates

Also, it has supermarket, restaurent, gym, pool, free internet cafe, Jacuz and Sauna facility.

The montly rate is 14000 QR but this includes free utility, free Internet connection and free local telephone calls in your villa.

My lease expires on October 17th, 2009 but you can extend the lease period depends on your requirement.

Please contact me, if you have further question about this at 583-7293 or email yahn/-a-t-/ctjv.com
