I was referring to the in Waab. I had a chance to check it out and while I was happy with the villa (apart from the fact that there was no dishwasher or space for one) I didn't like the pool area, seemed a bit small and old. Also there didn't seem to be enough space to park 2 cars.
I think after seeing the facilities in Beverly Hills Rayyan not much else is living up to it, shame the their 3-bed setup is an apartment not a villa.
We are at one of their Compounds at Abu Hamour. The Maintenance Guy on site is brilliant. And the site is always kept clean. We are trying to let our VIlla at the moment because of job relocation, but will be sorry to leave.
Yes, Which Emadi are you referring to? Our company has two villas in two different compounds and their service is excellent.. The staff is very good to..
Which Al Emardi compound do you mean? I think they have a few. We live in Al Emardi Al Waab. Mainteance great, staff nice, and if we have ever need to deal with Al Emardi head Office, they are really good. The response to fix anything is quick. No major problems with our Villa. The pool and Gym are both well looked after. We've been here 2 1/2 years, and no complaints. Pleasant 45min walk to Villargo (in Winter).

Is it really true that there is no space for a dishwasher in the kitchen?
Please comment as we are planning to move in there. Any feedback from the tenants would be highly appreciated.
in the abu hamour compound where I've recently moved in they don't allow pets, so possibly a policy throughout their compounds
I was just looking up the Al Emadi compounds and they look great. Does anyone know if they allow dogs and what their rent is?
I can arrange a visit to Alfardan Gardens Compounds in Abu Hamour, Maamoura and Alrayyan.

Is the one in Abu Hamour the same setup?
I know one of Al Emadi Compounds, in salwa road just behind al houda bakery.
