Please guide me I have made a rental agreement with previous owner and due to financial problmes the owner has surrender to the villa to another man and that new man is asking to make a rental agreement with new man's name , is it possible if i have a rental agreement signed by previous man and now without cancelling the previous agreement how can i make a new agreement with the new man, is it legal, the previous man has to tell me that he has surrounder the villa to another man and now you have to make the agreement with the new man, but the old owner has taken my full one year rent through cash, please guide me.
