food is well worth the price here... servings are usually good enough for 2. the place get's a little too crowded at lunchtime (total dining space too small). I agree that the place needs to be renovated...the flooring at the 2nd floor is not that stable... if you are sitting with friends in 3 tables connected end to end to accomodate your group and one of your friends at the other end of the table starts tapping or shaking a leg, i swear you'd think there's an earthquake. :) my favorites are beef sisig, sweet and sour lapulapu, ang sinigang na hipon. The place itself is hard to find because it is not along a busy street where you'd expect a food place to be. I am lucky it's just close by my workplace. The service is not at par with fine dining restos because it is not one. It is more like a medium sized family owned canteen/carinderia (to pinoys). but maybe if they stop having double standards for europeans/americans vs pinoys.. I'm sure nobody would notice.
