will emigration approve 6 month hiring letter??

I am on a company visa now for last 3 months. and now i want to work for another company. As a new visa holder , i cannot change my visa even if my sponser is ready to give change. because a rule exist here that we should be on our visa atleast for one year evenif our sposer is willing to give change. So i am looking for another option. my sponser will give 6 month borrowing letter. as my sponser is ready to borrow me to my new company.

but i just want to know that is this a legal one??
will emigration accpet if my companies request to get this hiring letter?? (please note i am on a new visa).
