Will ban on changing sponosrhsip affect if you are selected by Government owned company?
Is it true that even if you are working for a sponsor, you apply for a position in any government owned companies like QP, you will not be banned from changing the sponsorship since you are joining a govt firm?
Please clarify
Thanks
didn't you ask this question 5 times? didn't we tell you: YOU NEED A NOC LETTER, no matter what??
what else do you want us to clarify??
go and talk to your sponsor!
Why do you think that the Government Company will violate their own Government's law??? where is the logic??
ITS STILL UP TO YOUR SPONSOR IF HE WILL GIVE YOU NOC
No, that's untrue.
With the possible exception of very high ranking senior positions, for 99.9% of people, you will require an NOC from your sponsor prior to being able to work for any government or government owned company.
