WHY THERE IS STILL RESTAURANTS IN DOHA OFFERING SPACES FOR SMOKERS?????

Is that allowed?

Even if the restaurant owners made a Virtual partition (yes guys i call it virtual) because it does not have a closed door between the tow areas.

How come the Municipality of Doha allow such a thing?

I have been in Qatar for quite a long time already and I knew this kind of rules do exist however sadly to say some people (i believe influential people) still don't want to follow this rules and I have witnesses some situation wherein police officers patrolling the shopping mall dont even interrogate those people, (sigh!) These how money and influence can do... poor Qatar..

According to the law, it's illegal. There are no provisions for a special "smoking areas".
