ICC has shifted from D ring road to near MES school...exact location i don't no..sorry

Hi Elizabeth, ICC is not in Al Hilal(D Ring road) any more. Recently it has been shifted to new place. But I dont know the exact address.

It is in Hilal. Near the Chinese Health Centre. On the main highway opposite KArama
