Hi... i got my certificate attested in india in Jan 2013 through the uae exchange office in India... they charged Rupees 3,500 and got it attested in 3 weeks.. They put three stamps One from Mantralaya in Bombay, One from Ministry of External Affairs in Delhi and one from the consulate (Qatar). In gulf the attestation will be comparatively expensive. And Uae exchange Gulf offices dont do attestation.
