When we will be able to change work freely in qatar as expats without NOC'S !
im getting better job offers and i cannot move cuz of N.O.C'S and i wont get promoted cuz of qatarization ( governmental bank im working with) why is this slavery that makes me demotivated and thinking seriously to leave this country that i really love. when this will be solved like UAE and most of gulf countries !
pray to god that the rule should change like uae. the openion that the cost of construction will change is wrong. it is the same like uae and other countries.
Forget about NOC issue being resolved any time soon.
Qatar is getting ready for the FIFA 2022 and will need cheap labour to get things ready on time and to keep construction costs low. Eliminating NOC for sponsorship transfer will mean a steep rise in salaries, which means local companies will struggle and price of services will go up. This NOC is designed to facilitate local companies and not for employees, so forget about any change soon. I predict that NOC rules will get more strict.
Good Question ..... BUT my friend if they do that most of the companies must increase the salaries of their employees to avoid them moving to other companies ... Some companies will be just evaporate from the market.
Regarding Qatarization policy, I really appreciated if this will be applied in each country all over the world. Phelipinization,indianisation,etc......... I knew that this is not fair, because some times we all hope to be in their place.
Because the money is their money and they can do what ever they want with.
We all come here because they give us better salaries than what we get in our home country.
It is not easy to be supervised or managed by some one who has low qualifications than you (OAH, OAH), but getting paid 5 times or more your salary.
Either a Qatari security guard in a BIG PETROLEUM COMPANY here in Qatar is getting higher salary than some slave countries Engineer...
Bless God that the world still turning, for sure this will not be for ever .One day they will regret that when they find their self alone.
With the USA who will stop importing oil in 2020 and rise of Australia and production of oil from the shist rocks etcc….
SO MY ADVICE FOR YOU AND FOR MOST OF AS, AT THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY MUST LEAVE THIS NEW SLAVE WORLD.

Hahaha! lol man, Even me i got an offer from Government either, cannot move coz of this damn NOC , i think this mater destroys our dreams too! make our life tighter, but i prefer dubai is the country we would get these kind of proposals
