What really is Health?

Simple, health is being happy.
Health is doing what you want to do, Health is contentment, and Health is not just physical appearance but also mental and spiritual. It is a complete package.
If someone does not have a disease, this does not make them healthy.
Health is relationships; Your family and friends.
Health is a complete feeling of wellbeing. It is not just about whether the machine works well.
Health is much more holistic than pills.
Health is freedom from restriction.
Health is being in a good environment.
If I had to give one sentence about health: It will have to be the ability of one to get enjoyment, to gain life. Enjoyment that is free from constant anxiety and unbearable stress.
Health is that brilliant time that can balance out some of the other things.
Someone that eats fresh food, thinks positive and worries less, may not need to exercise at all. Because all these things keep you well.

My eyes were popping, my heart was pumping in my chest and my hands were shuddering!! No, no one wanted to kill me. Believe it or not, I was delivering a kind of project at work. Didn›t you EVER experience these feelings especially when the «deadline» ghost is chasing you everywhere. Stress was my theme for the whole week; I am not exaggerating but in a moment I felt I›m really dying!!. Guess what? Stress is deadly!! Stress can kill you softly.
