What is the possible reason of holding my order?

I was purchase a vitamins(for pregnancy) online in another country, and they send it through DHL.

However DHL called me and they instruct to collect my parcel in Ministry of Health. Did anybody here encounter for the same.What is the reason that they did not deliver to me my order direct?

Nothing to worry about - I've done it many times. It's just a bit inconvenient, that's all.

All Medicines and health supplements entering this country needs approval from Health authorities as per the law.

As you ordered personally, it has to go through the Ministry. If they are just vitamins, probably would release to you.

They just want you to open the parcel for checking and verification purpose only. don't worry
