What drives the Arabian Gulf?

No modern history preceding 50 years
No scientists
No real professionals at any level
No universities or research centres
No good book stalls even

Then what is it that keep the Arabian Gulf, example Dubai, soaring? Just oil, or Islam, or Arabic language, or monarchy?

OIL INDUSTRY plus expatriate professionals, don't you think so? Just try to imagine Qatar w/o its oil and w/o overworked expatriates like us...

Its the black gold(oil) that is flowing under Gulf which powers its main driving force.Islam is the religion of this region.Arabic is its mother tongue and Monarchy is its current trend.Thats the Gulf/Middle-east speciality.
