Guarantee means that the product shall work as provided for by the manufacturer. Warranty means that during a specific period of time, either the seller or manufacturer shall repair or replace at their discretion if the product does not perform as provided for.
Unfortunately for you, the warranty was verbal. Good luck in getting the seller to hold good on their word, especially after 1 year. Most electronics carry only a 90 day warranty.
Warranty means if the product has occured any complaint in the warrenty period they repair the product with out cash.
Guarantee means if the product has occured any complaint in the guarantee period they change the product and they allow you new one. That is the difference i Know.
warranty means free service within that period & guarantee means replacement of product or spare part within the period
if its broken, no warranty.
and there is nothing called gurantee in electronics products..
