I am a Canadian Pastry Chef and Baker. I am looking for feedback on what sweets or baked goods people here are unable to find? Is there something you would like to see higher quality of? Are you looking for specialty items such as gluten-free desserts? Specialized treats such as cookies, cupcakes or cakes? What would you like to have more readily available? Thank you!

Cakes are everywhere, but BROWNIES are nowhere. MOIST BROWNIES are the best but didn't find it here.
