I am an electronics and telecommunications graduate. I'd like to know which companies encourage fresh graduates the most. I'm ready to work in either electronics field or telecommunications field. I've applied to many places but have not received any calls yet. I'd appreciate any suggestions, help (or even job offers!)) Thanks
