what are the requirements to transfer sponsorship?
anyone have idea how to transfer sponsorship? my contract finished only 1 year then i wnat to transfer a new company and my previous company well give me release or NOC, DO I NEED TO go back in philippines or only transfer sponsorships? and no need to go out doha?
please advice me.

Congrats for getting release as its a rare case. You don't need to go out of Qatar for changing the sponsorship. There is a specific form to fill by your current employer and new employer to be submitted in the immigration. It will be taken care by your new employer.
