Visa for new born baby

Is it necessery to have RP for mother at the time of birth in order to obtian visa within the period of 90 days. In another words, if mother obtain RP after delivery whether eligible to bring baby within 90 days
and obtian visa without submitting documents like bank statement and all. Please advise.

Thanks, anonyalkult..but the doubt is whether mother needs to have RP at the time of delivery. If the RP is obtained after delivery, is it going to make any differance.

The baby is considered a part of Mother's body for 90 days after delivery. After reaching here get the blood group of the Baby, go to medical commission with the forms filled (no need for baby), and afterwards to emigration at Madinat Khalifa. The last part may be done by your sponsor.
