I have cancelled my visa one year ago and I want now to get back to Doha, kindly tell me when it will be possible.

Noe even for the visit also they ask NOC.

You can come back either on visit visa or business visa but don't expect to work in DOHA again..You should have NOC from your previous employer in order to look for the job while still continuing your ban period...

If you don't have NOC from your previous employer, you can come back exactly 2 years from the date of cancellation of your visa.
