hi as i know u will have to take either the lettre of no objection or release if not for a tourist visa to come back u can do it its not a problem u coe back whenever u want as a tourist if u u couldnt get the release and u want to work again u have to wait for 2 years not 5 thats what they b told me when i asked bcs i just resigned good luck

if your sponser ( kafil) will not give you a noc paper " no objection paper " you will not be intiteled to come back again before 5 years . its a new policy and recently only it became applicable ..
