hello every body,

yesterday i got the RP of my newly born baby. as my baby was born in pakistan and now his age is 47 days, after getting the RP , i visit the Hamad Medical Centre for his vacination card. they told me to go to MESSIAMER health center, but i m living in mattar qadeem.
any body have an idea for the procedure to get the vacination card, what kind of other documents required, what is the location and what are the timings of that centre.
please reply me with your valuable suggestions.

i also went there for my kids vaccination card at 7 in the evening, they said for new vaccination card come in the morning from 7 to 1 with babys passport and previous vaccination card.

the health center is at abu humor on wholesale market street , after Qatar Scintific Club

they are open till 8 or 9 in evening

for the vacination card u need to go to mesaimeer health center also take ur child passport & vacination card of pakistan if any

even if u stay in mataar , the vaccination card is issued only in mesaimeer health center
