Urgent !! Offer Letter from KCT !

Urgent Question!!! Could you please let me know how long KCT takes to issue the offer letter for a civil engineer position? I've been waiting for 20 days! Since the phone call from HR to take a copy of my passport .also, in this period are they processing the visa or just to issue the offer letter? Regards !
