Hi,recently my friend join one of the contracting company in qatar and he finds difficult to work there as there is no engineeer level work,and he want to change the company.
My question is can he change the company without noc and release letter or what documents he needed.
He came on visit visa then change to company visa,he is still in probationary period.Your reponse may help him.Thank you.

its not possible to transfer from one company to another if you dont have NOC.....its qatar labor law policy..
