Can some one Please let me know, the Payment Procedure of iZdan's 02 BHK in Wakra/Wukair
1.)Advance down payment
2.) Electricity and Water Advance Payment
3.) How many Cheques.
4.) Applying New Telephone connection
5.) Etc etc....
Your Suggestions are Highly Appreciated.

When I had stayed there some time back,it was like this:
Monthly rent = QR 5000pm
Water & Electricity (on DG & not metered) = QR 200.
So total per month rent = QR 5200
1 month rest as security deposit= QR 5000
Telephone etc on your own shared or self.
So at time of joining I gave = QR 5000 deposit and 12 cheques of QR 5200.
Ezdan changes payment schedules often.
1. It was 3 months free when I joined (12+3 month contract)
2. later it was 4 months free then 6 months free.
3. Then came the scheme that rent for the year= QR5200x12 months were to be divided over 15 months= QR 4160 per month
5. Then came the rules as "free" months before, after and divided in between the total time of 18 months.
6. Now water & electricity is QR 300 pm
So this is what you can expect, be prepared for latest changes.
2 BHK monthly rent QR 5300/-
Light & water advance QR 1800/-
One month rent in advance QR 5300/-
total advance : QR 7100/-
Rest is 12 month cheque,
contract for 18 months ,of which 6 months is free
Telephone , Qtel charges as normal..
