Hi, there are 2 cases which u could be asking for.
First, u want to receive something from the US through their USPS services, if it's true then u can ship ur parcel through USPS express international and make sure u insure it it's not that expensive but u do know that things get lost... when it gets to doha quickly it will be taken care for by qpost who will call u immediatly to inform u and let u know when and how u'll receive the item.
Second if u want to send an item, u can send it through qpost and they'll give u a tracking number, make sure u use their mumtaz post, and then when it gets to the US it will be handled there by the USPS postal service and u'll get a tracking number where u track where ur shipment is...
There is a Fedex office down D ring road just past Lulu towards the airport. I think they are the closest you will get with regards to sending parcels etc

USPS dose not have an office in Doha, but Q-post will be there agent. Any packages handed over to USPS you can collect from Q-post Office...
