We are facing the problem with a menacing stray dog outside our villa after sunset, i fear for the safety of the children specially that the dog is huge and very aggressive. whom shall i complain, pls help me.

i think first you sould talk to your neighbors about your problem...

then if there is no solution go to the "baladiya" for explain your case...
