it depends if the accomodation is inclusive with utility bills.. some company gives all fully furnished accomodation including electric and water bill.. you have to negotiate with the company.

please, clarify whether accommodation charges is inclusive of all bills( electricity and water and other taxes)

I think people need to realize that when people come to the forums and say "All inclusive" it means EVERYTHING is included.

@babatee, 20k plus accommodation is indeed the better choice.

@ofmyheartshape, you CAN find an apartment for less than 7k.

20k with accommodation is far better then 25k w/o accommodation .. you will be spending not less then 7k on a 2 bedroom apartment

i would take the QR 20.000 with acommodation, you will not be able to get a flat for QR 5000

how about school?

25k is an avobe average salary. go ahead. ask for accomodation not housing allowance as novita suggested.

This is quite interesting. So, I better drop the offer then since the company are not ready to provide accommodation and pay for my children school fees.

just make sure you employer cover the school fees for your kid/s fully, and give you a house not the allowance.

salary can really recommend ... it is depend where you come from and your experience.

this is way to little if housing allowances are included in the1 offer. to get a house or apartment for a family you would have to pay 10k-15k.

i think its reasonable for the said position.. but the house rent is so expensive here.. you have to ask the company to  provide you with accomodation and car..

but if you will bring your family here.. it would be very expensive for you..

house rent to bedroom is like 8000-10000 depending on the place.. electricity is around 1000 depending on how u are using electric.

shopping for food will cost you like 2000

this is only for family status not sure if only for one..

you have to ask the company to provide you with accomodation and car.
