I'm hearing lots of different story's about family sponsorship does anyone know the real story?
My wife has a job with a god package starting soon, I plan to work after we are settled. It looks like we will need to enter on tourist visa's while my wife gets residency, then can she sponsor me and the kids?

There are two options for you:

1) You can come on Visa on arrival and search for job. Once you get job, the employer will provide visa. Ultimately you get Residency.

2) In absence of above, let your spouse come down and settle down in her job. One she gets Residency, she can be able to provide Family Visit visa or Residence Permit under her sponsorship.

My advice to have Business Visa instead of Tourist visa.
