Good day to all,
I was using smart voip to call from PC to outside Qatar.
Now i have logged in afetr 2 months but unable to open my user ID. I have some remaining balance in that account
Is it blocked by Qtel or what?

not blocked... u mite have forgotten the ID or password?? or as said above.. try installing the software again
get your ID & password using your mail given to smart vop
re install the software
not banned.
